Recently I've seen writing on cars, whether it was for dance marathon or is for relay for life or something else, but I think it's a good way to get people to notice what your trying to promote. However, my friends and I have used the car chalk as a prank before. Also we've done a saran wrap around a car with balloons inside for someones birthday! I came across this web page and think there are some pretty creative ways to prank someone whether it is their car or their office!
