Sorry it took so long..It's one of THOSE weekends.

Sorry this blog took so long to post, I hate to be the person with excuses but this was the roughest weekend ever. I just found out my uncle out west is not doing so well and may soon pass away, then my car got towed while I walked inside to pick a book up from a friends house, then my computer decided to break and did not work for 2 days, then once it got restored it deleted EVERYTHING. Like when your computer first comes home from computer land, and it has NOTHING on it, thats what mine did. It, like me, apparently missed the good ol days. To the point it no longer has Microsoft Word, an anti virus, anything. Plus papers, pictures, music, all that good stuff. Again, I am sorry to make excuses, but through all this I got inspiration for something to blog about.

When you call the help desk at computers, you should know exactly what you are talking about. they ask you questions in technological terms and when you tell them you don't understand they talk to you like your mentally incompetent. I had this really condescending lady (of course with an accent it is almost impossible to understand, because I have fantastic luck) who kept asking me if my L port was lighting up. I'm not sure what or where an L port is, or if that in fact is what she was asking. Plus there would get these long awkward pauses where we are waiting for the computer to do whatever it was doing, deleting my life off of it, and she would be like "So how's your day?" and I was so upset by this point I rambled to her about my dieing uncle and towed car. Then there was another pause and she says "So Are you going to watch the superbowl?" I said yes, even though I hate both teams and she said "Oh. Tom Brady good looker. I watch superbowl for him." Thank you for your compassion lady.

I certainly hope there are some fantastically funny ads tonight to cheer me up. MSN news had some previews to things and it looks good. Thank god for advertisements, my last hope.
