Dont you need a break?

I read about this place in a magazine, it is called "Sarahs Smash Shack". It is in San Diego California, but I defintiely wish there was one closer! basically, you can go in and buy plates, glasses, etc. Anything that is breakable, and smash it against the wall. You can buy singles or packages of stuff to break. They give you protective clothing to wear so you cant get hurt. "Sometimes you need a break"

Oh and the nice part, all the broken pieces get donated to local artists to use for their work =)
