I'm not too sure how I feel about the new truth ads. They are quite animated but kind of out there. I see how in "The Sunny side of Truth" they are going for more of a sarcastic and animated approach but wow. Dancing rabbits, horses, dragons and high school musical style singing... I prefer the old campaign.
It is however very creative, giving tobacco the 'benefit of doubt'. It is so over the top that it makes fun of smokers habits and justifications for using the products. I guess the blunt truth was not enough to get smokers to put out their fire.
