Saw this while reading my adbrief e-mail this morning...

I think it goes hand in hand with what Tom always says about one of the biggest paradoxes of advertising-- that we need to break through the clutter we create.
This quote proposes another, still largely popular paradox between "cool" and "effective" ads.
