Dear Class,

Confession: I was involved with speech & debate for all four years of high school. In fact, I got involved with that sort of thing in middle school. For a while, I aspired to be a political speech writer for politicians (I know.. 'who aspires to be a political speech writer??!'... NERD!) With the election of President Bush the first time, I gave up a lot of hope in politics.. and the second time.. in the American voters.
Tonight, however, I saw something particularly inspiring and worthwhile. For a long while, I wasn't endorsing a candidate for this presidential election, (most certainly not Barack Obama) but I think this guy is worth considering; not because of his celebrity supporters, but because of his insight for the future.

I hope... that regardless of whichever candidate you choose to endorse.. you choose to endorse someone. Remember, the future is ours.
