creativity gone very wrong

In one of the whipple presentations, it was said that using drugs and trying to be creative was just not a good idea. This is probably the case most of the time and especially for a guy named Acea Shomacker. This guy was recently arrested in Nebraska for trying to calm down his cat by stuffing him inside of a bong.
