HOMEMADE BUFFALO CHICKEN PIZZA

My New Year's resolution was to cook more and not only have I been saving some money, it has also been surprisingly fun!

This weekend I made one of the best pizzas I have ever had. I went to Publix, got all the ingredients, and began putting together this masterpiece you see to the left. I highly recommend you and your roommate try making this because it was delicious. Here is the ingredients and some instructions:

1 bag of pizza dough
1/2 cup of ranch
1 cup of mozzarella cheese
3 fried chicken tenders from the Publix Deli
1/2 cup of red onion

1. Roll out pizza dough onto a cookie sheet. You are probably going to need flour when doing this. Get rid of excess flour on the sheet when your done.
2. Once the dough is stretched across most of the pan, add ranch onto the dough as you would with pizza sauce.
3. Cut up your red onion and 3 pieces of fried chicken into fairly small pieces and disperse across the dough.
4. Lastly, sprinkle mozzarella cheese all over the top and put in the oven at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until crust looks golden brown.

ENJOY!!! =)
