The Planet's First Truly Branded Nail Salon

Wall to wall nail polish statues. Plasma screens facing every direction. Hot pink Candy Land decorations adorning the perimeter. Dashing Diva, a privately owned franchise company, has reinvented the salon experience, opening its first doors in 2003 in the heart of New York City. Never before has anyone offered quick beauty service treatments in an environment that was not only fashionable and chic but also fun and relaxing. Dashing Diva is a company that took a traditional nail salon and created a destination.

With salons now in 28 different locations on 3 different continents, Dashing Diva is the most unique salon experience I have encountered in a while. From nail polish towers to the wrap around couch seating, the brand has definitely made a name for themselves and has climbed the tower of intelligent marketing. They are dedicated to making the salon experience healthy and sanitary as well as luxurious.

This company is one of the major clients of the firm I am interning with over the summer in New York and I thought this was such an interesting concept and a perfect way to reach out to women in need of a luxurious yet affordable experience.
