Love Song... or witty comeback?

So Sara Bareilles' song, "Love Song," actually has a pretty interesting story behind it. Apparently her record label told her that she had to write a love song for her record that was about to be released, and this is what she came up with..

It is pretty creative how she stayed true to herself and didn't conform to what others wanted, but was still able to give them exactly what they wanted in a twisted, backhanded way. Kudos!
