So my dad sent me this email that had some pretty funny ads from the 1930's in it. I was looking through them and some of them were shocking! Most of the ads that he sent me dealt with smoking different kinds of cigarettes. It just amazed me how much the perception of smoking has changed and as a result the type of advertising associated with smoking has changed. Now you see more ads that are anti-smoking than ads for the actual product. These pictures are an example.
