So the last semester was hectic and this one, though a lot of fun, has been pretty busy too. So busy that i've neglected my fun reading and painting. Over the weekend I decided I needed to make some serious progress on the paintings i've been working on for our living room. Trust me they are nothing special. I don't really like them because they arent really want I like to paint and maybe that is why it has taken me forever to finish them. I will say however that now that I've picked up my brush again i'm inspired to do some paintings I actually want to do. I'm not Picasso or Van Gogh but it keeps me creative and is such a stress reliever. I'm going to try and make sure I pick up a brush from time to time instead just a pen or my fingers on a keyboard.
