I noticed that there are advertisements at the bottom of the bins as I put my stuff in it to go through security. Also, there were ads on our tray tables on the plane. I was really excited to see this type of non-traditional media and told everyone who I was traveling with (I thought they'd appreciate it since they are all Advertising majors). They told me that type of advertising has been around for a while. It's funny because I fly numerous times throughout the year and have never once seen an ad at the bottom of those bins or on the tray tables. Anyways, I thought it was a creative new medium, so if you've never noticed them before, be on the look out next time you fly.
