Hipsters

So, I'm starting up another blog. I've been thinking about it out for a little while now and I think I've finally got it all planned. the link is:

and the name is "V-Necks, Skinny Jeans, & Thick Rimmed Glasses"

It is going to be a blog all about the Hipster Life style. For those of you who are unfamiliar with what a "hipster" is, here is the Wikipedia Definition:

"A Hipster is a slang term which appeared in the late 1990's and 2000's, the term is used to describe young, urban middle class and upper class adults with interests in non-mainstream fashion and culture, particularly alternative music, independent rock, independent film, magazines like Vice, Clash and Adbusters, and websites like Pitchfork Media.^[1] In some contexts, hipsters are also referred to as scenesters"

they are also known to drink lots of PBR (Pabst Blue Ribbon), and ride Road Bikes.

So, the point of the blog is very cynical at heart. It's a rating site. Hopefully eventually every day (may be hard in tallahassee without repeating people) a new photo of  a person wearing A V Neck, Skinny Jeans, and/or Thick Rimmed Glasses will be uploaded, and the readers will then be able to rate the person. The rating scale will be from a Fixed Gear (most hipster) to I'm not exactly sure how many gears there will be for the least hipster).

Along side this, there will hopefully be mp3 downloads and music reviews.

Also, I'm going to put an email address so that people can send me photos that they have taken for me to upload. I'll always give credit to the photographer as long as they want it and put their name in the email. In the email, also I'd like where the photo was taken, and maybe even a description of the day so that the rating can be even more harsh. (i.e. if someone is wearing a scarf on a hot day... just for the outfit... they may get higher hipster points...)
